There are currently five departments, each of which organizes different aspects of Buko. The departments are Evening Program, Day Program, Logistics, Sponsoring, Finance, and Marketing.
The first items on the agenda will take place on Thursday morning, and the conference will end on Sunday after the farewell brunch. On Wednesday evening, there will be a small get-together for those arriving early.

The program will be available for booking a few weeks before buko2026.
The conference center is the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, Adolphsplatz 1.
We’re not telling. But we can promise you this: the location will be legendary and easily accessible from all conference hotels, and the return journey is also guaranteed.
The gala will take place on FRIDAY. Dress code: black tie.
